Where are we based and where do we ship from?

Team Micro Ltd is a UK based company with shipping partners in the USA, Canada and Australia.

Orders to customers in the USA, Canada and Australia are shipped domestically, so there are no import taxes or long wait times. Orders to all other locations are shipped from our UK office via a fast and reliable UPS service.

What shipping rate will I pay?

With domestic shipping available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia, and fast and reliable international shipping options, we supply micropigmentation clinics worldwide. For shipping costs and timescales, see our shipping page.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and payment cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment processors. We also accept PayPal payments.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We ship from our UK Head Office, and from our partner distributors in the United States, Canada and Australia. We work hard to ensure deliveries are received on time. For more information see our shipping information page.

How can I track my order?

You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. If you don’t have an account or just want a fast way to track your order without using your login, use our order tracker.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. When your order is shipped, a PDF invoice is attached to your shipping notification email. Login to your Team Micro account at any time to retrieve your orders and download your invoices.
