People buy from people and that’s Mark’s USP. After deliberating for a year or so about getting SMP done, I contacted a few local providers and Mark stood out for me. He was responsive, personable and made me feel very comfortable. I have always felt very sensitive about my hair since my early 20’s and as an Asian woman, perhaps put my self under more pressure about it. My daily life, routine, exercise and holidays revolved around my hair. One month on after my 3rd session and I can safely say that Mark has helped to change my life. Thank you Mark.

I was very dubious about SMP initially and did a lot of research before choosing to use Mark. The results after my 3rd session are incredible, it's changed the way I look and feel about myself. My main worry was the hairline looking realistic but the job Mark has done is exactly what I was looking for.I would and have recommended Mark (scalp doctor) to anyone even considering having SMP.

Being a woman it’s always heartbreaking to deal with any type of hair loss. I’ve lost a great deal of hair and I was tired of covering it up with hair fibre products. So I researched about SMP and came across Mark.Mark was very knowledgable and friendly, he was able to provide me a quote by looking at my scalp pictures and I felt no pressure at all with my quote.Given the sensitivity about my hair concerns, Mark was able to put my mind at rest and made me feel comfortable throughout each stage of the process.I am so grateful to Mark for boosting my confidence and I’m so glad I chose Mark as there are so many in SMP clinics. Mark is a very professional, friendly guy. He quoted me instantly after sending him photos of the affected area and it was a very reasonable price. He had all covid measures in place and i felt very comfortable from the start. Due to having afro hair, my scalp is quite greasy so it didn’t hold the ink as well as the average person but Mark got me booked straight back in for an additional session at no cost. Would highly recommend the Scalp Doctor!

Can’t recommend mark enough. When it comes to s.m.p Mark is a wizard ?‍♂️ really explains everything you need to know for starting up on your own and is a perfectionist when it comes to training. So many places just want to take your money when it comes to training but couldn’t be further from this and is a great bloke and very easy to get along with. Thank you so much mate. First of all I would like to say thank you to Mark for all of his patience. Through no fault of either Mark or me the initial SMP sessions faded to a point where it could no longer be seen. Mark was baffled by this as it had never completely vanished on any other clients.Like the true professional that he is Mark set about trying to find out what maybe causing this to happen, over the course of the next few weeks he found out that due to me having an excessively oily scalp and a high amount of DHT, my original SMP was fading due to this.Mark decided to try a different technique, one he had never had to do before. Needless to say his research paid dividends and this new method started to work and hold it's colour on my scalp. I have just finished my time with Mark and I can honestly say I would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting SMP!!The treatment has made such a difference to me and my appearance, I am over the moon with the end result and I would like to thank Mark for being a truly nice guy to talk to and helping me achieve the result I was looking for!RegardsJustin

I have recently completed my third and final session of micropigmentation at Scalp Doctor. I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions ive ever made and only wish i knew about the place sooner. The team are fantastic, professional and extremely helpful from start to finish, i cannot express my gratitude enough and if you are thinking about getting the treatment, go for it. You will not be disappointed. This has given me more confidence and those who do not know i have had the work done just think that im not shaving my head as close!
