How Can We Help?
Dispatch Time
Whilst we keep substantial stocks of most items, immediate shipping is available only when your items are in stock. Out of stock items are usually replenished within a couple of days. If an extended delay is anticipated, we will contact you.
Shipping
United States
Orders to our customers in the United States (including HI and AK) and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS by our fulfilment partner in Washington State. Our shipping charge is $11.95 (USD) per order.
Canada & Australia
We typically use UPS for all international orders to Canada and Australia. The shipping cost is $24.95 (USD) per order.
United Kingdom
Orders to the United Kingdom are dispatched by our Head Office in Bingley, West Yorkshire. We use a DPD next day service for all UK orders. The delivery cost is £5.95 + VAT per order.
Europe (EU)
All orders to EU countries enter the EU via the Netherlands, and are handed to DHL for fast track shipping. You will receive a DHL tracking number by email when your order leaves our office, however you will not see any tracking updates, nor will DHL be aware of your package, until it is scanned by DHL in the Netherlands.
We charge VAT at the point of sale, and use this payment to pay the taxes due on your order at the point of entry to your home country. You will not receive any additional demands for VAT or other taxes or charges.
Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland costs €16.95 + VAT per order. Shipping to other EU countries costs €19.95 + VAT.
Europe (non-EU)
Orders to non-EU European countries are usually sent via UPS. On occasion, we may use Royal Mail, the UK national postal service, therefore your package may be delivered by the national postal service in your home country.
Shipping to non-EU European countries costs €19.95 + VAT.
International
We routinely ship packages daily to destinations around the world. The shipping company we use may vary, but we prefer to use UPS wherever possible.
Shipping to international destinations, unless specified above, costs $39.95 (USD) per order.
Please note: We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Turkey, India, Argentina or Brazil.
Payment Methods
Through our chosen payment processor, Stripe, we accept all Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments.
We do not currently accept PayPal.
Returns
Easy, hassle-free returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to return an item, simply package it carefully and send it back to us with your order number:

Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Regrettably, we cannot be held liable for return delivery costs, or any losses in transit.
Chargebacks Policy
Any person or business that initiates a chargeback, dispute or claim against any payment made via this website will be permanently blacklisted, and future orders will be refused. There are no exceptions.
Before you initiate a chargeback or open a dispute, be aware of the following:
- All future orders will be refused
- Any marketing services may be refused or cancelled
- You will be unable to attend our online or in-person conferences
- Any membership of PMU Mentor or SMP Insiders will be revoked
- You will be removed and/or blocked from all our Facebook groups
