Shipping Information

United States

Orders to the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) are shipped from our fulfilment center in Washington via USPS. The shipping charge is $11.95 (USD) per order.​


We use UPS for Canadian orders. The shipping cost is $24.95 (USD) per order.​

United Kingdom

Orders to the United Kingdom are dispatched by our Head Office in Bingley, West Yorkshire. We use DPD for all UK orders over £100, and Evri for orders under £100. The delivery cost is £5.95 + VAT per order.​


EU destinations

All orders are shipped from the UK and enter the EU via the Netherlands. You will receive a DHL tracking number by email when your order leaves our office, however you will not see any tracking updates, nor will DHL be aware of your package, until it is scanned by DHL in the Netherlands.

You pay VAT during the checkout process, and we pay the taxes due on your order at the point of entry to your home country. You will not receive any additional demands for VAT or other taxes or charges.

Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland costs €16.95 + VAT per order. Shipping to other EU countries costs €19.95 + VAT.

Non-EU destinations

Orders to non-EU European countries are usually sent via UPS. On occasion, we may use Royal Mail, the UK national postal service, therefore your package may be delivered by the national postal service in your home country.

Shipping to non-EU European countries costs €19.95 + VAT.


We use UPS for Australian orders. The shipping cost is $24.95 (USD) per order.​


We ship packages daily to destinations around the world. The shipping company we use may vary, but we prefer to use UPS wherever possible.

Shipping to international destinations not listed above costs $39.95 (USD) per order.

Please note: We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Turkey, India, Argentina or Brazil.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are available?

Pay using your preferred credit or debit card. Our payment system utilizes bank-level security by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most trusted payment gateways. Rest assured your information is safely encrypted. No-one has access to your information, not even our team.

We support most payment wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link.

PayPal is available in the United Kingdom only.

What credit facilities are available?

We accept Clearpay, Afterpay and Klarna. The options available to you are determined by your location, and will be shown during the checkout process.

Returns Policy

What products can be returned?

Most order items can be returned, provided they are sent back to us and received in an unused and resaleable condition.

Custom made products, for example our Review Stands, and service-based products like our SEO bundles cannot be cancelled or returned.

For safety reasons, pigments, microblades, needle cartridges and skincare products cannot be returned if any part of their packaging has been opened.

How do I return an order?

Once received, your return will be checked and your payment refunded, minus any shipping and/or customs fees. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Chargebacks policy

We are committed to providing the best service possible, and our aim is to resolve any issues quickly, efficiently and respectfully. However, we do not tolerate unfair, vexatious or fraudulent chargebacks against our company.

Any customer that initiates a chargeback, dispute or claim against any payment made via this website, without providing adequate opportunity for our team to resolve the issue amicably, will be permanently blacklisted and future orders will be refused. There are no exceptions.

Before you initiate a chargeback or open a dispute, be aware of the following:

  • All future orders will be refused
  • Any marketing services may be refused or cancelled
  • You will be unable to attend our online or in-person conferences
  • You will be removed and/or blocked from all our Facebook groups
  • Where appropriate, we will leave reviews to alert others of your poor conduct.
