FAQ's and terms

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes! If you are required by your local authority, state, country or by a professional membership body to prove you are engaging in continuing education, we understand certification is important. You will receive a hard copy certificate of attendance upon arrival, certifying 16 hours of continuing education.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, in the unlikely event that Meeting Of Minds is postponed or cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

Will I be charged VAT / Sales Tax?

VAT at the UK rate of 20% is charged on all bookings for UK and European residents. VAT cannot be deducted from your booking, therefore any VAT refund due must be claimed from your local tax authority. We do not charge taxes for bookings outside of the UK and EU.

Established in the United Kingdom in 2009. Team Micro is the world’s leading marketing agency for permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation artists. We’ve built hundreds of websites and executed close to a thousand successful SEO campaigns.

We also supply thousands of clinics worldwide through our online store.

Team Micro hosted the world’s first scalp micropigmentation conference, the Meeting Of Minds, attracting a truly international audience to Leeds UK in 2017, followed by further conferences in Manchester UK in 2018 and London UK in 2019.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, Team Micro switched to online conferences in 2021 with the world’s first SMP online conference, attended by over 200 artists.

Starting as an SMP marketing agency in 2009, Team Micro has also been heavily entrenched in the permanent makeup industry since 2015, working with hundreds of artists in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
