Strictly dropship only

Dropship accounts are to be used for dropship purposes only. Orders cannot be sent to you, the Dropship Affiliate, and must not be used for your own supply needs.

Any contravention of this condition may result in the permanent suspension of your account, and refusal of future orders with Team Micro.

Billing and shipping addresses

As the Dropship Affiliate, the billing address added to your order must your own home or business address. The shipping address must be the address of the recipient and end user of the products ordered.

Non-contact promise

This is a private label service. We will never contact your customer about their order. All orders are sent in plain unbranded packaging.

Payment methods and currencies

We accept credit and debit card payments, Link, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Dropship orders can be placed in US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars.

Tracking

You, the Dropship Affiliate, will receive emails to confirm your order, and to provide tracking information. This can also be accessed in your Dropship Account.

We do not communicate with your dropship customer, therefore it is your responsibility to provide them with any relevant order information they request, including tracking information.

Delays

From time to time, orders are delayed. This is due to stock fluctuations, shipping issues or human error. If you believe your order is delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Team Micro cannot be held responsible for any consequence resulting from a delay affecting your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your dropship customer believes the item/s they received are damaged, or received in error, please request photos of the item/s and contact our team.

Damages are carefully assessed and managed on a case by case basis.

Where a damaged or incorrect item claim is decided in the customers favor, we will provide a replacement product, or a refund as appropriate.

Returns

We want your customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. For this reason, items purchased can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Items must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition, and be returned to us with their full, undamaged packaging and contain all parts or items as supplied.

Items that have been used cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Your customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We accept no liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

All refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase, and can take 3-5 business days to appear on your balance, depending on your banks policies.

Unless an item is being returned due to a fault or error by our team, refunds exclude outbound and return shipping costs.
