How do we ship your certificate?

Your certificate is shipped in a hard-backed envelope for protection.

International mail routes have proven to be unreliable in previous years, so we only use high quality delivery companies like UPS and DPD. Depending on your location, our courier may pass your certificate to your local mail service to complete the ‘final mile’ delivery.

The cost of shipping depends on your location. Just hit ‘Add To Cart’ above and the shipping options will be available to you during the checkout process. If you place a stock order at the same time (needles, pigments etc), all items will be shipped together so you only pay shipping one-time.

I’m a Team Micro member. Do I still pay for shipping?

If you place an order as usual and your total exceeds the free shipping threshold for your account, then no – shipping is free.

We’ve chosen not to offer printable PDFs, as home-printed certificates often don’t reflect the quality and professionalism we aim to uphold for our brand – and yours.

Can I get my certificate at Meeting Of Minds?

Yes. If you plan to attend Meeting Of Minds in Madrid, secure your booking and your hard copy Nominee certificate will be provided by our team at the event.
